However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

The house is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance located under the porch that leads to a living area with sofas, large kitchen (please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven), TV room and dining area that connect to a multifunctional space and a bathroom for guests. Adjacent to the outdoor porch there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. A constant breeze flows through the garden, encouraging guests to unwind in the peaceful surroundings, while the rich vegetation discreetly screens the proximity of the nearby motorway, though in certain climatic conditions a distant sound of traffic may occasionally be heard. Directly adjacent to the villa entrances, a veranda provides a charming setting for outdoor dining, while a comfortable seating area invites guests to linger in the open air. In front of the annex and overlooking the pool, a portico furnished with sofas and tables offers the perfect vantage point for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. The south-facing pool area lies in a panoramic position just a few steps from the annex and approximately 20 metres from the main villa, reached via a paved path bordered by flowering shrubs. The rectangular pool measures 6 by 12 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is lined in PVC with salt treatment purification, internal lights, Roman steps, and a ladder for water access. The expansive stone-paved and lawn sunbathing area surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, and tables. Beyond the hallway lies a fully equipped professional kitchen, followed by 2 double bedrooms, both featuring windows without a view and each with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom and a laundry room. The first floor, accessible both via the internal staircase and directly from the outside through an entrance at the rear of the house, hosts 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, all with private bathrooms with shower. Also on this floor is a two-level suite comprising, on the lower level, a spacious living room with direct outside access, and on the upper level, reached by a flight of stairs, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, all sharing a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where 4 double bedrooms are located, each with a private bathroom: 3 with shower and 1 with an ensuite bathtub and shower. The attic comprises a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, as well as a further double bed situated in a room with a ceiling height of 1.30 metres, which also has its own bathroom with shower. In 4 of the larger rooms, it is possible to add a single bed. The annex, positioned just a few metres from the main villa and close to the pool area, consists of a suite with a seating room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
