The pergola adjacent to the dining area is fully equipped for outdoor meals and features a convenient barbecue, making al fresco dining a natural and pleasurable part of daily life at the villa. To the left, 2 large doors open into a combined kitchen and dining area, from which you access the veranda and pergola. From the veranda, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace provides a sense of quiet exclusivity. The primary access to the terrace is from the sitting room, though it can also be reached from the garden. To the right of the sitting room, a lift connects all 3 floors, accompanied by a bathroom with shower and a wooden staircase leading to both the first floor and the basement sleeping areas. A glass-walled room, specially designed to bring the presence of nature indoors, offers a contemplative space for relaxation and reflection.
On the first floor, the sleeping area comprises 2 double bedrooms, one of which features a sloping ceiling and a balcony, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The basement level is accessed via the lift or staircase and opens onto a hallway with direct access to the covered portico. On the right side of the hallway, a bedroom with 2 beds is available, while on the left, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area serve this level. Opposite the entrance, a double bedroom with access to the portico is accompanied by its own bathroom with shower. The villa also features wooden walls, sliding doors, and large windows throughout, ensuring that each room feels both connected to the whole and independently private.
