Villa Le Chiarne is a magnificent property obtained through careful restoration that has transformed an old 19th century farm into an exclusive place of relaxation and well-being. Villa Le Chiarne is composed of seven suites with private entrance on two floors, five on the ground floor and two on the top floor. Around the patio with the outdoor dining area are the entrances to the apartments that include the common areas. Suite 1: consisting of the main kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Suite 2: composed of a large living room with dining area, satellite TV and kitchenette, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite. Suite 3: in addition to the main living room, it consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Suite 4: includes a living area, a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Suite 5: on two floors. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower; on the first floor is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a bathroom with shower. A flight of stairs on one side of the house leads up to the top floor with the last two apartments. Suite 6: composed of a living area and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Park:
One hectare of garden, mainly lawn, surrounds the house and the various set up areas that adorn the property, embellished by olive trees, fragrant creepers and luxuriant bushes of Mediterranean herbs. The fenced-in park extends over a flat surface and includes a large covered parking area reached along the attractive cypress-bordered driveway. In front of the entrances to the apartments is a paved courtyard set up for outdoor dining and in various parts of the garden can be found numerous gazebos and relaxation areas, a ping pong table, two barbecue areas and, finally, the pool area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The lovely fenced-in pool area is reached from the house along a short level path of about 15 m. The large travertine-paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and tables, at the centre of which lies the free form pool, measuring 110 sq m with a varying depth of 70 to 150 cm. The pool is lined in PVC and has Roman steps and chlorine purification. Completing the area are two hydromassage pools, one with a rounded shape heated and one with a square shape measuring 4 x 4 m (that can be heated on request), the perfect point from where to admire the splendid landscapes of the Crete Senesi that surround the property. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October

The outdoor spaces of Casale Rasa are as generous as they are beautiful, offering a seamless extension of the interior living experience into the surrounding Tuscan landscape. The paved patio that extends directly from the kitchen is adorned with climbing jasmine and furnished with a dining table sheltered beneath a pergola, complemented by numerous relaxation areas with armchairs and small tables, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals and leisurely afternoons. A large gazebo positioned between the house and the pool provides a shaded gathering space, while the first-floor veranda, equipped with a large table and a comfortable seating area, frames the sweeping countryside panorama in a truly unforgettable way. A stone barbecue adds a convivial touch to outdoor dining, and the surrounding lawn and paved areas, enhanced by a rich variety of typical Mediterranean plants, flow naturally into the open countryside, creating a sense of continuity with the landscape that stretches to the horizon. The private non-heated swimming pool occupies a prime panoramic position at the centre of a large lawn area, approximately 70 metres from the house and reached via a gentle descent across the grass. Rectangular in shape with a travertine stone border, it measures 12.5 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is equipped with hydro-massage vents. Lined in grey PVC, the pool is accessible via submerged steps on one of its short sides and is purified using a glass wool system with ultra-modern UV lamps for sterilisation combined with a moderate use of chlorine. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with 2 gazebos, sunbeds, small tables, armchairs, and a solar shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

The 2 floors of the main house are connected by an external staircase. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a spacious living room that combines a sitting area with a sofa, a fireplace, and satellite TV with a dining area, which in turn connects to a built-in kitchen with direct access to the patio. Accessible down 3 steps from the living room are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both sharing a bathroom with shower. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A games room, accessible from outside, is equipped with table tennis, a football table, hockey, a card table, and a professional dart board. Adjacent to the main entrance, under the portico, you will find the laundry room and the staircase leading to the upper floor. On the first floor, a spacious veranda with a dining table and relaxation area leads into a living area with a built-in kitchen, a sitting room with satellite TV and fireplace. La Casa dell'Artista is a delightful, characteristic Tuscan farmhouse located at the edge of the borgo of Asciano, in the magnificent, unmistakable scenery designed by the hills of the Crete Senesi, a few kilometres south of Siena. It was an old farmhouse that the current owners have completely renovated. The result is a cosy country retreat and its heart is the beautiful built-in kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue, connected to a bright veranda that opens onto a lush park, a real botanical garden studded with multiple blooms and covered with a huge expanse of lawn. Although located in the historic centre of the lively borgo (reachable through a pedestrian gate at the back of the house), with its cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop and train station, the back of the property looks out over the open countryside bordered by wooded landscapes and is the ideal location for you to enjoy your privacy and tranquility without having to forgo the amenities found in the immediate vicinity. Unmissable tourist attractions of Tuscany such as Siena, Cortona, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Chianti and the Val D'Orcia as well as spa resorts like Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni are all easily and quickly reachable.
Interior:
The villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the living room; from here, continuing to the right you come to a bathroom with shower, the kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue and, finally, the veranda with dining table, connected to the outside by French windows. In a back room with access from the kitchen is the laundry. The upper floor comprises the sleeping area with three double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed) and a bathroom with whirlpool tub. The bathroom is shared by two rooms and has two access doors.

Park:
The house is surrounded by a large green park set in the tranquillity of the countryside (despite being located at the edge of the borgo), which extends for about three hectares between a vast expanse of manicured lawn and rich, dense Mediterranean vegetation of shrubs, flower beds, roses and tall trees. Completing the garden is an orchard and an assorted vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables. Close to the entrances to the house is an area set up for outdoor dining, with a table protected by a large umbrella and a stone barbecue. The property is naturally bounded at the back by dense woodland (accessible directly from the garden) crossed by many paths and where it is possible to catch glimpses of hares, porcupines or roe deer. Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, is located on terracing at a lower level in regard to the house, which is about 15 m away, and is reached down a short flight of steps and along a paved pathway across the grass. It enjoys a picturesque view of the beautiful expanse of woods stretching out in front. The pool, interred on three sides only, measures 6 X 9 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. Lined in PVC, it has a wooden edge and a ladder for access to the water. It has chlorine purification. All around the pool is the stone-paved sunbathing area, bordered by hedges, with sunbeds and umbrella. Next to it is a pergola covered with wisteria, providing a shady and relaxing area with table and chairs. There is also a cold-water shower.

Description
In 1996 we moved to the Crete Senesi and we fell in love with this farmhouse Etruscan origins, medieval mill, peace and tranquillity. That’s why we decided to share it with our guests and their four-legged friends.
The farm keeps the whole family busy: Alessandro (biologist, nature guide and Sommelier), Elisa who looks after the administration, Mauro and Paola, retired but full time busy on the farm. And we hope that in the future even Emma and Guido will give us a helping hand.
We produce vegetables and fruit, olive oil and truffles from organic agriculture.
For our guests we organize a rich programme of initiatives discovering the colours and flavours of the Crete, wine tasting in our cosy winery and excursions by bike guided by Alessandro who is fond of cycling.

Serre di Rapolano at 2 km, Rapolano Terme with all kind of shops at 5 km, Siena at 25 km.
Only 4 km from our farm there are the thermal baths of Rapolano which grant special discounts to our guests.

Villa Il Foramasso, which derives its name from an impressive shrub that it welcomes at the entrance, is housed in an impressive complex dating back to 1900, subsequently expanded and completely renovated, while preserving the authenticity and charm typical of Tuscan country houses. The natural handmade terracotta, the chestnut beams and beams, the travertine marble, the precious wood of the windows are the materials that give voice to the architecture of this prestigious building, furnished with antique and handcrafted furniture. The heart of the house is the spacious living area on the ground floor that opens to the garden through numerous French windows and houses a large living room with dining room, TV room, a fitness and recreational space and, finally, a large fully equipped kitchen complete with a wood oven and two barbecue fireplaces. The villa has two floors. The entrance, on the ground floor, goes into a small hall that leads, on the right, to the sitting room, with large fireplace and direct access out to the furnished portico, to the dining room and to the kitchen completed by a pantry at the back. To the left of the entrance is the TV room, a large living room with fitness area and games table, and a room with washing machine, sink, wood oven, barbecue-fireplace and a large work table. Also on this floor are two guest bathrooms. Upstairs, accessible from two sides of the house by travertine stairs, is the sleeping area consisting of two twin bedrooms (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom (with divisible bed) served by a bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom served by a bathroom with hydromassage tub, sauna and Turkish bath. In the large study is a double sofa bed.

The park of this elegant residence extends over a mostly flat area of about 5000 sq m, within an estate of 14 hectares filled with lush vegetation. Past the main gate, a driveway crosses the large park and leads to the parking area which is conveniently close to the main entrance. The beautiful garden surrounding the villa is planted mainly with lawn for about 2000 sq m, dotted with numerous species of Mediterranean plants, bushes of herbs and various flowers. The terrace set up as a relaxation area, the portico at the exit of the living room with sofas and table for outdoor dining and the beautiful swimming pool are all part of this peaceful green setting with beautiful panoramic views on all sides.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
A large, exclusive and discreet area in the park is dedicated to the swimming pool, which can be reached along a drive of about 70 m, bordered by hedges. Set in a panoramic position, the rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7 x 17 m with the depth varying from 1.40 to 1.80 m, is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification and submerged steps for access to the water. The surrounding area, in stone and lawn, is provided with elegant sunbeds, umbrellas, a cold-water shower and a small shady seating area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property reflects all the charm of old 15th century Tuscan buildings still visible in the stratification of the buildings and in the original architecture, which has remained intact, of the borgo. Once past the surrounding walls, you find yourself in a large internal courtyard around which open all the entrances of the residential units that make up the borgo. The property is located less than 2 km from Monteriggioni, a 13th century fortified borgo set on a panoramic hill, dominating the slopes planted with vineyards and olive trees; just a short distance from Siena and also in an excellent position for visiting the entire Chianti region, dotted with numerous castles transformed into wineries and medieval towns where you will be conquered by splendid landscapes and ancient buildings. Within the property, on request, it is possible to taste and buy the extra virgin olive oil produced by the estate, to organise lessons in typical cuisine in the large professional kitchen, and to avail yourself of staff and a personal chef for your entire stay.
Interior:
The complex follows the typical structure that is historically defined as "courtyard house", consisting of a main body and a separate annex (located opposite) composed of several residential units, for a total of about 1200 sq m and organised around a central courtyard where all the various entrances are located. MAIN BODY. On three floors. On the ground floor, through the courtyard, you enter the main door which opens into a large living room with sofas and TV area. A short corridor leads to the dining room, connected to the professional kitchen which, through a French window, leads to the courtyard set up for outdoor dining and to a service bathroom. The ground floor is completed by three double bedrooms (two with divisible bed) with private bathroom with shower. An external staircase next to the main entrance leads up to the first floor where, crossing a terrace equipped with tables, you come to a living room with fireplace and six bedrooms: a double with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a twin (with joinable beds) served by a bathroom with tub and shower, and four doubles (two with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, accessed from the first floor corridor via a simple spiral staircase, is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. ANNEX. Located in front of the main building, it consists of two, not internally connected, floors. On the ground floor are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, each with independent access and not communicating internally. Two flights of steps, located on the front façade, lead to the first floor bedrooms: the first flight leads to a double room (with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second flight leads to a landing with two independent bedrooms: a double with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub and another double with ensuite bathroom with shower (both bedrooms have a divisible bed). The laundry is located in an external room behind the kitchen. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
48 hectares of land surround the borgo, distributed amongst extensive woodland, immense arable fields, meadows and a vast olive grove where you can walk or practise sport, immersed in nature. The park pertaining to the borgo extends for about 4 hectares and includes areas paved in terracotta, with seats and small tables, and areas of lawn embellished with tall trees, olive and fruit trees and thick bushes of herbs. In the courtyard onto which all the entrances open, particularly that of the kitchen, a dining area has been set up with tables and chairs with, close by, a wood oven and barbecue. A large loggia a short distance from the courtyard and the terrace on the first floor of the main house are perfect relaxation areas, where you can sit and admire the panoramic views. Next to the structure is a large parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in the part of the park that borders the wood and is surrounded by tall shady trees. It can be reached from the courtyard along an internal path of about 350 m. Rectangular and measuring 8 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, it is lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving. It has chlorine purification, a metal ladder for access to the water and internal lighting, which is also present throughout the surrounding area. The lawn, part of the sunbathing area, is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
