The electric gate leads to the 2-car covered parking area, from where you can get to a 70 sq m natural wood solarium terrace with swimming pool. On the opposite side is the first entrance to the villa on the upper level, overlooking a panoramic terrace with views of the Val di Cecina. Continuing along the gravel path or the paved walkway, you come to the main portico, equipped with a dining table and connected directly to the kitchen and living room through two French windows. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

A terracotta staircase adjacent to the kitchen connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the sleeping quarters are arranged. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds located in a loft area, complete with its own bathroom with shower. The floor is further complemented by 2 additional double bedrooms, each featuring a loft with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with shower.

Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..
