The Tuscan coast offers you and your guests a unique experience with many activities such as boating, scuba diving, beaches and beautiful sunsets and it's all nearby (7 km 4 mi).
The sea is 6.5 km far from the villa.
The property is not completely fenced in, so animals can roam freely.
We accept animals of any number and size, but although the property is very large (about 13 hectares), we cannot guarantee adequate enclosure.

Rectangular in shape, it measures 11 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, and features PVC lining, Roman steps for access, internal lighting, and a chlorine filtration system. The surrounding sunbathing area is finished with high-quality synthetic grass, featuring a perforated backing with an advanced drainage system to prevent water stagnation, yarns treated with antibacterial agents during production, and a surface that remains soft and cool without overheating in the sun, becoming cold in winter, or retaining moisture after rain. The solarium is equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
