Finished in ALKORPLAN TOUCH PVC with a natural stone effect in an exotic color and accessible via a Roman staircase, the pool is a non-heated facility sanitized with a chlorine system. It is fenced with a 1-meter high mesh and equipped with an entrance gate for safety. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and is served by a cold water shower. Positioned approximately 20 meters from the buildings, it is easily reached through the flat garden. The surrounding porphyry solarium is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, creating an ideal setting for relaxation with breathtaking views as a backdrop. The flat garden itself covers approximately 2,000 square meters and features lawn areas, olive trees, rosemary bushes, and oleanders that frame the pool's perimeter. On 2 sides of the farmhouse, equipped porches provide inviting outdoor living spaces: one hosts a dining table accessible directly from the kitchen, while the other features a foosball table. The lower terrace is home to the main swimming pool, a rectangular structure measuring 20 x 8 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.5 meters. The pool is covered in PVC with internal lighting, features chlorine purification, a submerged ladder, counter-current swimming, and manually operated geysers, and is heated by solar panels. It is accessible via a 30-meter path and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium is paved with travertine and wood and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded gazebo. Adjacent to the main pool is a second circular children's pool, covered in mosaic, with shallow water, hydromassage, and a shower with both hot and cold water. The entire pool area is fenced for safety and privacy. Beyond the pools, the estate offers an impressive range of outdoor sporting and recreational facilities.
