Le Antiche Pietre is a beautiful recently renovated farmhouse set within a farmhouse and a natural park, which stands on the Tuoro hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The renovation has been treated in detail to provide the greatest possible comfort to guests. The property is characterized by a breathtaking position and by the presence of dry stone walls that delimit the terraces of the garden. The strong point is represented by the external veranda located in a panoramic position and equipped with a new complete kitchen, dining area and outdoor living area. Interior:
The farmhouse is spread over 2 floors and is furnished in a very functional way. The main entrance leads into the large living room furnished with sofas and a large wooden table. The living room leads to the fully equipped kitchen, to a double bedroom (divisible bed), with bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor can only be reached externally with a stone staircase or with two comfortable ramps that start from the garden. From the veranda, complete with kitchen, dining area and outdoor living area, located on this floor, there is direct access to the living room with fireplace and to the kitchen / dining room. From the living room two corridors lead to the sleeping area. On the right there are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, one of which is suitable for disabled people, while the other corridor leads us to a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a further bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property extends for about 12 hectares and is characterized by the presence of olive trees and woods. The area surrounding the property is cultivated with terraced lawn until it reaches the swimming pool area. The large veranda overlooking Lake Trasimeno, an ideal place for outdoor dining and which completes the outdoor area of the property, is equipped with a full built-in kitchen, barbecue, dining area with tables and chairs and a relaxation area with sofas and coffee table. The parking area, with ten uncovered parking spaces, is located above the building at the end of the avenue.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.
Pool:
The fenced pool is about 20 meters from the house and is accessed via a staircase or ramp. It measures 5 x 13 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, has access to the pool via steps and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding area is fenced and equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols. A characteristic external shower is also available for guests. Access to the fenced pool is via two gates. About 5 meters away from the outdoor kitchen there is a 6-seat heated whirlpool tub.
Pets: Small pets on request and short-haired. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, built in 2020, measures 8 by 6 metres with a depth ranging from 10 centimetres to 1.5 metres, and is equipped with night lighting. The farm consists of about 80 hectares and produces excellent Montecucco D.O.C. wines, extra virgin olive oil, Cinta Senese cold cuts, honey, cereals and legumes, with which the owners Riccardo and Savina will be happy to tempt you.
You can take a dip in the sea with wonderful trips, even daily, to the seaside resorts on the golden Tyrrhenian coast. Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese are about 50 km away and can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car.
The Agriturismo Le Calle is composed of 4 holiday apartments, 3 of which are in the farm centre, (Carola, Olinto and Bandiera) and the CASETTA LE CALLE which is 2 km away, reachable by an unpaved road, not advisable for sports cars. Casetta Le Calle is particularly recommended for those who wish to maintain their privacy, where a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you around the house. Green and gentle hills, which in every season and in every moment of the day will give you unforgettable images and colours.
Adjacent to the farmhouse, where the owner's house is also located, you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 - 1,70 m - open from 01st May to 15 October), the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and the park with children's playground.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
During the months of July and August during your stay the owner will organise a trip in an AGRIBUS, a tractor-drawn trailer for transporting people, a modern version of an ox-drawn cart, and will take you around the farm to admire the beautiful landscape of the Maremma. The garden around the house is a peaceful green oasis planted with typical Tuscan shrubs, borders of aromatic herbs, and a variety of colorful flowers including geraniums, roses, lavender bushes, aloes, and succulents. In front of the house, extensive olive groves invite leisurely strolls, while at the back of the property the outdoor living areas unfold into a generous stone-paved space with a gazebo set up for outdoor dining, forming a single open environment together with the veranda and the pool. A large, well-kept lawn bordered by low hedges completes this rear outdoor area. Adjacent to the dining area, a brick structure houses the barbecue, while the wood stove is located on the veranda. Next to the main entrance, a stone portico has been arranged as a comfortable lounge area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and tables, offering a shaded retreat at any time of day. The French window of the veranda, fitted with mosquito netting, opens directly onto the external dining area located beside the pool. All ground floor rooms feature French windows that connect the interior with the outdoor spaces, with the living room opening directly onto the portico and the external dining area.
The first floor is dedicated entirely to the sleeping area and comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Of the double bedrooms, 2 are en suite: one features a hydromassage shower and bathtub, and the other features a hydromassage shower. The 2 twin bedrooms include 1 with joinable beds. A shared bathroom with hydromassage shower serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor. In 1 of the double rooms and in 1 of the twin rooms, a mezzanine level provides a dedicated wardrobe area. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Access to "Pietreto" is via an unmade road stretching approximately 700 metres, which is bumpy in nature, and a car is therefore strongly recommended for reaching and exploring the property and its surroundings. Pool maintenance is carried out directly by the owner and gardener, ensuring the highest standard of upkeep throughout the season. Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
