Immediately behind the house, just outside the living room French windows, a terracotta-paved patio has been arranged as a fully equipped outdoor dining area, complete with a sun umbrella and a stone-built barbecue, making it an ideal setting for leisurely meals in the open air. From this patio, a few steps descend to a green lawn, naturally framed and sheltered by hedges and a picturesque vine screen, at the centre of which stands the private swimming pool reserved exclusively for the use of guests. The oval-shaped pool, accessed by Roman steps, is lined in PVC and features a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.20 metres, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that renders it perfectly usable even during the evening hours. A stone walkway leads directly to the pool from the house, and the surrounding lawn sunbathing area is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and umbrellas. A cold-water shower is also available poolside for guests' convenience. The swimming pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
