Location and tourist information about Levanto:
The house is 1 km from the beach.
The sea and the promenade can be reached both by car and on foot, following the main street. On foot, also through a shorter walking path in the countryside (10 minutes walk).
The apartment is in a very quiet and panoramic location, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Mesco, just over the old town of Levanto.
It's slightly set on a hill, in the green of the olive trees.
By car, it takes just a couple of minutes to get the beach.
You can reach the main beach “Bagni Casinò” with a walk: it is about 1 km from the house (15 minutes on foot).
Pets are welcome!
Levanto is the starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

Description
A few kilometers from the center of Lerici, you'll find La Rustica - a vacation home nestled in the greenery on the hills.
Here tranquility and relaxation are guaranteed, no one will disturb you and you can regenerate your energy by escaping from daily routine.
From Lerici, you travel 6km along a hilly road and for about 500 meters also on unpaved road, before leaving your car along the street.
You walk down for about 100 meters and here the property begins. A completely fenced garden at your disposal. With terraces of fruit trees and ornamental plants.
The house is a portion of a semi-detached building, the other part is inhabited, and consists of only 3 floors with a plant room.
At the entrance there is the living room with sofa, fireplace and TV.
On the upper floor, a mezzanine, the double bed.
On the lower floor instead, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, kettle.
And here you'll also find the only, small bathroom with WC, floor shower and a sink - but for those who find it too small, there's a hot water shower in the garden.
From this floor you exit into the beautiful porch with seating, dining table, wood-fired oven, barbecue, sink and two gas burners to prepare your dishes outdoors.
You continue towards the garden in front of the house, with a gazebo and the relaxation area in the sun.
This place is ideal for those who want to relax in nature and are not afraid to live it, because it is immersed in it and you must appreciate it, but also love Lerici and the view that presents itself to you as you climb up to the house. The path from the car to the house is partially unpaved.
The entire vacation home in Lerici has air conditioning, Starlink internet and your furry friends are welcome.

Two apartments in the old town of Levanto, just 250 meters from beach!
-- “Apartment Mafalda n° 1”: 35 sqm, for 2 people, with a double bedroom.
-- “Apartment Mafalda n° 2”: 45 sqm, for maximum 3 people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and air conditioning. Wi-Fi, Smart-TV.
Each “Aparment Mafalda” has an independent entrance, but they can also be rented toghether, since they are on the same level with communicating corridor.
This listing is for the rental of only ONE apartment.
The maximum capacity, by renting both, is 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An extra sofa bed is available (for the 5th person).
*THE RENTAL OF THE TWO APARTMENTS TOGETHER IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: on the portal, the maximum capacity indicated cannot be exceeded*.
Important note: the apartments are on the second floor of a historical building, without elevator.
Not recommended for elderly people or people with walking difficulties: the staircase is composed of high steps.

The apartment is in the old town, in a pedestrian area: it cannot be reached directly by car, but the nearest parking is about 100 meters from the house.
There is not a private parking, but upon request we can provide you with a special ticket (extra cost 5€ per day) that allows to park for free everywhere in Levanto.
