Very Good 4 /5The hosts were wonderful, the property clean, and the town charming. Loved that the bakery, butcher, produce market, grocer and restaurant were within a block - and that the experience was very truly local. We were the ONLY non-locals in the restaurant both nights we ate there.
We scored a cooking class with Marina and another couple staying with them. We had a BLAST cooking in her kitchen and dining with their family. Make this part of your stay if you can.
La Miccia is a lower level apartment so delightfully cool, but a bit dark. The hot tub is not "hot" by most american standards, and seems a little odd in the middle of the living room, but everything else was great. If we ever get back to Pergine Valdarno, we'll be back at La Miccia.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
