Large independent country villa situated on the hills surrounding Arezzo, a short distance away from the small town of Anghiari. The interiors are spacious and furnished in a rustic style. Outside guests can enjoy use of a private swimming-pool and of entirely fenced-in garden.
A bar and a restaurant are in walking distance (100 m away).
Distances: Anghiari with general stores 10 km away, the charming town of Arezzo (railway station with daily connections to Florence and Rome) 18 km, Gubbio 80 km away, Perugia 85 km, Siena 90 km away, Florence 90 km away, the beautiful region of Val d’Orcia approx. 90 km away, Todi a 120 km.
At guests’ disposal: fenced-in garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), bathroom with shower by the pool, barbecue. Laundry (2 washing-machines).
The villa provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

A beautiful house and excellent pool area. There is no a/c and the bedrooms could benefit from ceiling fans in hot weather. The property is suitable for big groups as it has many different seating areas and very spacious common areas. Restaurant opposite is very good and reasonably priced.

Siamo stati una settimana alla fine di agosto a Villa Lorenzo. Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è spaziosa e confortevole. La piscina molto bella anche se per la presenza di tanti tafani a volte diventa quasi impossibile stare in acqua. I proprietari sono persone gentili e presenti. Ad ogni nostra richiesta hanno sempre risposto in modo tempestivo e soddisfacendo ogni richiesta. Consigliata.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed a week at the end of August in Villa Lorenzo. All went very well. The house is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is very nice even if due to the presence of so many gadflies it sometimes becomes almost impossible to stay in the water. The owners are kind and present people. To our every request they always responded in a timely manner and satisfying every request. Recommended.

We were a company of 18 people and we spent 7 unforgettable days in this villa. Rooms are clean and tidy, the kitchen is huge and has everything you need for cooking. Nearby Arezzo (16 km) there is a large supermarket COOP from which you may buy products. The owner of the house, Mr. Lorenzo Piomboni is very polite and helpful and always responds when you needed.
The villa is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. The area around the villa offers of possibility to walking tours. The restaurant which is located close to the villa is very nice and not expensive.
We used the villa as a base to visit Siena, Arezzo, Montalcino, Assisi, Anghiari, etc., but the villa offers very good conditions for rest in place. Unfortunately, there are around so many beautiful towns that, we didn't have time to visit all of them and at the same time to relax in the villa. For us 7 days were not enough and we would come back again.
We recommend this villa to all big companies of friends who want to spend unforgettable days together.
