A beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The owner is obviously very proud of his home and takes great care to ensure that everything is well maintained and clean. The owner had limited English but we didn't find this a problem. Having some form of transport is essential as the property is about 15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. We didn't find the close proximity to the road a problem at all. We would definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a wonderful location close to both Pienza and San Quirico by car. There is a beautiful view from the pool and we were in swimming a lot to cool off (it was very hot during our stay). Grocery shopping is best in San Quirico at the Co-op. Friendly and very helpful owner. The apartment was spacious with good sized bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen.

Un accès direct à la superbe piscine que nous n\'avons que peu utilisé car le temps n\'était pas très beau. Un bon rapport avec les propriétaires malgré la différence de langue. La situation est cependant assez éloignée de tout commerce (magasin, restaurant etc.) ce qui est une difficulté à prendre en compte. À recommander à ceux qui recherchent le calme et la quiétude des grand espaces de la Toscane.
