Comfortable and welcoming country house just a few kilometres from Todi, the famous city overlooking the Tevere valley, built by the Etruscans between 300 and 100 BC. The house sits in a tranquil spot among Umbria's green hills, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Originally a farmhouse, the villa has been renovated with care, keeping its ancient charm and using authentic materials, such as terracotta floors and exposed beams. It is furnished completely and with quality, in a rustic style.
Outside, the property offers a natural lawn on various levels, and a beautiful pool with a large sun deck and sweeping views.
The location is ideal for discovering Umbria: within a radius of about 60 km are Spoleto, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Todi, Spello, Foligno and the major Umbrian lakes such as Lake Bolsena, Lake Trasimeno, Lake Corbara and Lake Piedilunco.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition.

Laundry room (washing machine in an external room). The house has WI-FI internet connection (free of charge) and screens on the windows. All of the bedrooms provide ceiling fans.
