A paved terrace of 650 square metres faces the sea and is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining table, creating an ideal setting for alfresco relaxation and meals with panoramic views. 2 pergolas complete the exterior living experience: the first, spanning 50 square metres, houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with sea views, featuring a built-in barbecue, a sink, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a lounge area — a perfect space for outdoor entertaining during the summer months. The second pergola, measuring 20 square metres, includes a dining area and a heated hydromassage tub with chlorine purification, accommodating up to 6 people, alongside an adjacent stone shower. A second outdoor shower with hot water is also available near the main terrace. The laundry room is conveniently located between the entrance and the hydromassage area. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the flowering and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Villa Meraviglia extends across 2 floors connected by both internal and external staircases, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the entrance opens from the panoramic terrace into an open-plan living area that integrates a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge. This floor also features a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and features a hallway with a secondary entrance. Here you will find 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub, one of which enjoys a sea-view balcony. A further double bedroom on this floor benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the same balcony. All fireplaces present in the villa are ornamental in nature.

Villa Meraviglia has been subject to a technical inspection by the property management team to verify the consistency of the description, the listed accessories, and their current state of operation and maintenance, ensuring that what you see is what you will find upon arrival. The acceptance of animals at the property must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires advance communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed. The weekly rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; this coverage is provided by EuropAssistance and applies in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.
