The grounds of Podere Giardino are a destination in their own right, extending across 2 hectares of carefully tended hilly land arranged on 2 distinct levels. The lower terrace is home to the main swimming pool, a rectangular structure measuring 20 x 8 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.5 meters. The pool is covered in PVC with internal lighting, features chlorine purification, a submerged ladder, counter-current swimming, and manually operated geysers, and is heated by solar panels. It is accessible via a 30-meter path and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium is paved with travertine and wood and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded gazebo. Adjacent to the main pool is a second circular children's pool, covered in mosaic, with shallow water, hydromassage, and a shower with both hot and cold water. The entire pool area is fenced for safety and privacy. Beyond the pools, the estate offers an impressive range of outdoor sporting and recreational facilities. A private fenced tennis court, covered in synthetic grass and equipped with lighting, covers approximately 400 sqm and is situated around 60 meters from the main house, adjacent to the parking area. 4 rackets are available for guest use. Apartment 2 also begins on the ground floor with a living room with fireplace and a kitchenette with dining area, while the first floor accommodates a double bedroom, 2 additional single beds, and a bathroom with shower. Guests are kindly reminded that photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, meaning that the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding parkland may appear different upon arrival depending on the season. The covered parking area is located 700 meters from the entrance gate and just a few meters from the buildings. Pets are welcome at the property. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and you benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
