The outdoor spaces of Villa Laconella are thoughtfully designed to extend the living experience beyond the interior walls and into the heart of the island's natural landscape. The garden, spanning over 1,000 square metres, is entirely passable and enclosed, offering a safe and immersive environment filled with the classic vegetation of Elba. Wild brambles, ornamental plant beds, and a selection of aromatic herbs grown on-site add both visual beauty and culinary inspiration to your stay. In front of the main entrance, a tiled outdoor area with a gazebo, table, and chairs serves as a welcoming convivial space, equipped with a mobile barbecue and an outdoor stainless-steel stove, perfect for alfresco dining accompanied by the gentle sound of the sea. Each of the 3 units on the ground floor benefits from its own private terraced area, furnished with tables and chairs and shaded by awnings or umbrellas, creating intimate spaces ideal for breakfast, reading, or an evening apéritif. A stone structure at the end of the driveway houses a laundry room, a practical outdoor sink, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. A flight of stone steps crosses the garden and leads to a small gate opening directly onto the road to the beach of Lacona, just a few hundred metres away. The non-heated swimming pool, measuring 7 x 6.5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres and an irregular shape featuring a rounded side with Roman steps leading into the water, is lined in travertine and equipped with salt purification and internal lighting. Bordered on one side by an elegant classical-style colonnade adorned with statues and on the other by a low stone wall, the pool area is surrounded by a travertine-paved solarium furnished with sunbeds. Adjacent to the solarium, a beautiful gazebo shelters an outdoor seating area with sofas, ideal for relaxing in the shade. A changing room and an outdoor hot and cold-water shower complete the pool facilities. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the flowering and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Laconella is configured across 2 floors that do not communicate internally with one another, each accessible from the exterior and following the natural slope of the terrain on which the property is built. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed among a total of 4 independent residential units that offer complete autonomy to each group while preserving the natural unity of the overall space. The main entrance is located on the basement floor and opens into a large open-plan living area featuring an open kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa. A hallway connects this space to a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area on this floor comprises a bedroom with a bunk bed and a private wardrobe, which communicates via a sliding door with a double bedroom; this double bedroom can also be accessed directly from the exterior through a French window. On the ground floor, reached either by a few external steps from the lower level or via a path from the parking area, 3 independent units are arranged side by side, each with its own entrance through a French window. The first unit on the left consists of a living area with kitchenette, dining table, television, and sofa, along with a hallway leading to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a room with 2 bunk beds. The second unit, entered through the French window on the right, features a living area with kitchenette, table, television, and sofa, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom facing the rear of the villa; an internal door allows this unit to connect with the adjacent bunk bed room of the first unit when required, making these 2 units intercommunicating. The third and central unit is entirely independent and comprises a living area with kitchenette, table, television, and sofa, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with a French window facing the terrace at the front. The villa is furnished in a modern style, with white as the dominant tone set against warm-coloured flooring and accents of beige and blue, while large windows and French windows flood every space with natural light.

The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, and electricity, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning. Immediately adjacent to Lacona lies the beach of Laconella, a sandy stretch featuring a beautiful cove of stones and pebbles on its right side, equally accessible on foot within the same short walk.
