Throughout the garden, guests are welcomed by an abundance of colourful flowers, lemon trees typical of the region, and a dedicated herb corner where fresh ingredients can be gathered to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes. Under the portico adjacent to the kitchen, a large outdoor dining table offers a remarkable view of the castle of Sammezzano, accompanied by a well-equipped barbecue for al fresco meals. In the area in front of the entrance, a shaded lounge area with comfortable seating provides a panoramic outlook over the rolling green hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the upper part of the property, fenced with Photinia hedges for privacy, and is approximately 30 metres from the main house, accessible via a flight of steps from the courtyard. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in light cream-coloured PVC, and features Roman steps for water access along with both internal and external lighting. A large stone solarium surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with sunbeds and tables for relaxed sunbathing. Below the pool, a small annex houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property's photographic documentation was taken in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding greenery may vary at the time of your arrival.

To the left, a large living room with comfortable seating and a television area features an antique stone fireplace. Beyond this, the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room occupy the lemon house, distinguished by large arched windows that flood the space with natural light. To the right of the entrance, a short corridor leads to a guest bathroom, a small study, and the entrance to a private suite comprising 3 rooms: a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. A traditional stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the main sleeping area is arranged. This upper level hosts 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, and 3 en-suite bathrooms, offering ample space and privacy for all guests.
