The garden on the pool side unfolds as a succession of olive trees, lush lawn, and fragrant Mediterranean herbs, while cypresses and additional olive trees frame the central lawn areas with natural elegance. Near the entrance, an outdoor living area features small sofas and armchairs set among colourful bushes of Mediterranean herbs and flower-filled vases, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. A gazebo on the pool side, furnished with a table, chairs, and a mobile barbecue, provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining. The porch adjacent to the ex-barn is equipped with a table tennis table for additional recreation. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, so the flowering and colours of the garden grass may vary at the time of arrival.

The swimming pool complex is a remarkable feature of the property, set between the olive grove and the lawn approximately 20 m from the house. The complex is formed by 3 interconnected pools that create a captivating play of water. The main infinity pool, finished in coloured cement, measures 4.50 x 12 m, with a depth ranging from 90 cm at the entrance steps to 140 cm beside the cascade. Above it sits the Jacuzzi pool measuring 4 x 2 m, from which water flows down in an emotional cascade into the main pool. At ground level, a children's pool measuring 2 x 3.5 m with a depth of 40 cm completes the complex. The solarium area, paved in Tuscan stone mosaic, is furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs and includes a cold-water shower. The pool is equipped with a multicolour LED lighting system and salt purification. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.

An external terracotta staircase on the pool side of the house provides access to a further living area with kitchenette and a single sofa bed. The sleeping area on this level includes a bathroom with shower serving 1 twin bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a storage room. A short distance from the main villa, the finely restored ex-barn features a TV room and a living room, ideal for relaxed evenings.

He is also available to assist with any needs or requests that may arise during the stay. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to prior authorisation by the owner, who must be informed in advance of the number, size, and breed of the animals. Only small and medium-sized animals are accepted. The property is suitable for guests who enjoy cycling, with the surrounding landscape offering excellent routes for bike rides. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity and gas for kitchen use, weekly linen change, and initial and final cleaning.
