The outdoor spaces of Villa Il Cedro are nothing short of spectacular, offering a seamless extension of the villa's refined interior into the natural landscape. In front of the main living area, a charming gazebo provides an ideal setting for alfresco dining, while a dedicated relaxation area beneath the portico at the front of the villa invites guests to unwind in the shade. The garden, entirely enclosed and bordered by carefully maintained hedges, is rich in vegetation and offers expansive lawn areas that create a sense of openness and freedom. The centrepiece of the outdoor experience is the stunning swimming pool, positioned in a private and secluded area of the garden and reached from the villa across the lawn via a short flight of 6 steps. The rectangular pool measures 8 x 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.80 metres, features an infinity edge on 2 sides, and is elegantly lined and bordered with travertine stone. Access to the water is facilitated by integrated steps, and the pool is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool, a dedicated sunbathing area screened by a border of hedges is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and includes an outdoor shower for convenience. Adjacent to the pool area is a large non-heated whirlpool bath measuring 3 x 3 metres, offering a relaxing hydrotherapy experience in the open air. Accessible via a flight of steps leading to the basement level, a sauna and a dedicated bathroom complete the wellness offering of this extraordinary outdoor environment. Guests are kindly reminded that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of the garden, including flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may vary depending on the season of arrival.

The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a generous open-plan living area, where comfortable seating areas flow naturally into a formal dining space centred around a large dining table, which in turn connects to a modern kitchen featuring a central island. Multiple glass doors provide direct access to the garden and the well-equipped portico, creating a fluid and inviting indoor-outdoor living experience. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom and a dedicated laundry room. Ascending the internal staircase, the mezzanine floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, one featuring a shower and the other a bathtub. Continuing upward, the first floor offers 2 further double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms equipped with showers. The sleeping accommodation is completed on the second floor, where a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional third single bed is served by a bathroom with shower. Please note that the fireplaces present within the villa are ornamental in nature.
