Rectangular in shape, it measures 16 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.20 metres, and access to the water is provided via large steps or a ladder. The pool is lined in PVC with chlorine purification, and its border is finished in elegant sandstone. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully maintained lawn that serves as the solarium area, furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs, and 2 large umbrellas to ensure comfort during sunny days. On one side of the pool stands a large gazebo furnished with chairs and a table, ideal for aperitifs at sunset. An outdoor water shower is also available at the poolside. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large and fully equipped portico, complete with a cooker, provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and barbecues. The expansive grounds surrounding the estate invite guests to enjoy quiet walks and mountain bike rides through the shimmering cornfields and sunflower meadows, while the elevated position of the property affords glorious sunsets and unique natural scenery. Two staircases lead from the ground floor up to the first floor, which is divided into two separate wings, each independently accessible from the interior. The first wing extends across two levels. On its first floor, a large suite comprises a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a sitting room, a study, and a bathroom with a whirlpool shower. A staircase within this wing leads to the second floor, where a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub is located. The second wing on the first floor contains 3 further double bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and one with an en-suite bathroom with shower. From the study on the ground floor, a staircase descends to the basement, which houses a fitness room, and a few further steps lead down to the wellness centre, equipped with a Turkish bath zone, a whirlpool tub area, a sauna, a massage room, and a bathroom with shower. The annex, situated just a few steps from the main house, consists of 2 self-contained apartments, each with a private entrance. The first apartment features an open-plan living room with a kitchenette and a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. The second apartment offers a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a separate living room.
