Accessible directly from the kitchen and dining room, a stone-paved external zone hosts a fully equipped outdoor dining area and a comfortable living area furnished with sofas and armchairs, all surrounded by borders of aromatic herbs and colourful flowers and sheltered beneath the canopy of ancient olive trees. A stone-paved path leads from this area to the swimming pool and solarium, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 5 by 16 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is positioned on the crest of the hill just 20 metres from the villa, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the medieval borgo of Vinci. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and featuring Roman steps, interior lighting, and an automatic cleaning and salt purification system, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The paved panoramic solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs shaded by a sail, and an outdoor shower is available for guests' convenience.
