The property sits on approximately 1 hectare of fully fenced grounds, offering guests complete privacy amid fields of sunflowers and sweeping views over Cortona. A lush, well-tended garden frames the outdoor living areas, while a non-heated swimming pool provides a refreshing centrepiece to the estate during the warmer months. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, and a dedicated parking area ensures convenient arrival and departure. Outdoors

The grounds of Albachiara are a celebration of the Tuscan countryside at its most generous and picturesque. The entire property is enclosed within a double border of leylandii hedging along the full perimeter, and from the entrance gate, a driveway lined with cypress trees and bushes of lavender and rosemary leads gracefully to the parking area and into the heart of the park. A large grassy expanse houses a rich and varied orchard featuring plums, cherries, peaches, and grapevines, while holm oaks, lime and lemon trees alternate with aromatic herb bushes and climbing roses throughout the garden. On one side of the house, embellished with camellias, rhododendrons, and hydrangeas, a wooden gazebo has been set up as a comfortable sitting area with a table and chairs. Close by, directly in front of the dining room French window, a wood oven and mobile barbecue invite al fresco cooking and leisurely outdoor dining. At the centre of the garden, framed by 2 majestic weeping willows edged with white roses, a large wooden portico structure draped in porcelain vine and furnished with a table and benches provides the ideal shaded outdoor living area. A wooden structure beneath the portico, accessible from the outside, houses the laundry room. The non-heated swimming pool, reserved exclusively for the use of guests, is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Located in a central area of the park approximately 40 metres from the house and reached by 4 stone steps, the rectangular pool features a stone border, PVC lining, and Roman steps for water access. It measures 5 x 10 metres with a depth ranging from 0.70 to 1.90 metres, and is equipped with a chlorine purification system and an outdoor cold-water shower. The surrounding lawn includes a generously sized sunbathing area furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs, bordered by plants and abundant blooms and connected via a wooden walkway to a further lawn area ideal for children's play. A large umbrella and an iron gazebo covered with climbing roses, arranged as a small lounge with 4 armchairs and a coffee table, complete the pool area. Lighting is provided both inside the pool and throughout the surrounding grounds. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Each of these rooms benefits from French windows offering direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. The first floor, reached by a staircase in the kitchen, comprises a double bedroom with a divisible bed and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both served by a shared bathroom with shower.
