Villa Molinazzo consists of 2 separate units: the main house and an annex, referred to as the dependence. The main house accommodates up to 10 guests and is developed across 2 levels. On the ground floor, guests will find a large and welcoming living area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a satellite TV with CD and DVD player, as well as a working fireplace. A door from the living area opens directly onto the spacious loggia. Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining room featuring a large table that seats up to 16 people and a second working fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, and an American coffee maker, and connects directly to the equipped external area. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom and 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with a king size bed, a separate sitting room with fax and PC, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. On the first floor, there are 4 additional bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. These include 1 double bedroom with a king size bed, a working fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with shower; 1 twins/double bedroom where the twin beds can be joined together, with an ensuite bathroom with shower; 1 twins/double bedroom where the twin beds can be joined together, with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower; and 1 twins/double bedroom where the twin beds can be joined together, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub with a hand-held shower and no curtain. Bath towels are changed on Wednesdays. Air conditioning and heating are metered and billed separately upon departure. A utility deposit for air conditioning and heating is required upon arrival. A refundable cash security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any charges in the event of damages. Pets are welcome upon prior request. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Guests are kindly reminded that failure to observe the house rules may result in penalties applied according to the specific circumstances.
