Other Information

Check-in time is Saturday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and you must provide your arrival details to the owner at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival since check-in begins at 3:00 PM by appointment. Departure time is Saturday at 10:00 AM. Upon arrival at the property, you are required to provide a photocopy of each traveler's passport and sign a form for the local authorities. A security deposit is required upon arrival, payable in cash to the property representative, and will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any accidental damages to the property. Please note that fans are not usable at this property. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 through April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Television service includes English channels available for your viewing. Dogs are accepted upon request. Baby beds and chairs are available upon request to accommodate families with young children.
