Conveniently located in the centre of Ciciana, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca. Alla Collina Del Sole is a nice holiday home (80 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to six people comfortably in two bedrooms with one bathroom.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Outdoors you will also find a playground and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.

Please note that cars should be parked at roughly 50 m from the house, along the road.

The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 2nd floor is not inhabited and remains closed, whereas two rooms on the ground floor (at the garden level, below the house) are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to guests. The owners use these rooms only occasionally, preferring times when guests are not present, mostly to get the products to clean the pool and water the garden.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

We had a fantastic time in the hills outside Lucca. Our hosts were gracious, responsive and extremely attentive, we felt very looked after throughout our stay there. The views are beautiful. The drive up the hill was a little windy and it was a bit tricky to find on day one, but after that it was a great stay.

Michele and Maria were attentive and welcoming hosts who worked hard to make our stay memorable. The house is well equipped, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool area are lovely and the terrace is good when you want to get away from the sun or the mosquitoes.
The furniture is of good quality in a traditional style and the double bed is good if you like a firm mattress. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. We had a little trouble with the Wifi, this could have been us, but Michele made a special visit to replace the modem with a new one which was very kind.
All in all we had a great time and are very grateful.
