- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Ein absolut tolle Unterkunft. Pool ist fantastisch, das Grundstück liebevoll angelegt. Für zwei Familien ideal geeignet, weil es zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten sind. Der Vermieter spricht nur italienisch, aber das Vermietungsbüro hat gerne vermittelt.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] An absolutely great place to stay. Pool is fantastic, the property lovingly landscaped. Ideally suited for two families because it is two separate accommodation units. The landlord only speaks Italian, but the rental office was happy to mediate.
