- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Sehr schönes Haus, netter Vermieter, absolut sauber und gepflegt.
In der Küche fehlt allerdings Ofen und/oder Toaster. Außen sollte ein Schattenplatz vorhanden sein.
