Beautiful villa with private swimming pool found in a quiet area with panoramic views of the hills surrounding the lovely town of Cortona.
The property is comprised of a beautiful stone farmhouse and 2 small independent units (which date back to the 15th century), lovingly restored and decorated with care.
The location is ideal for visiting Tuscany’s most famous places of historical and artistic interest.
The property is fully fenced.
Available to guests: large garden furnished with tables and chairs, swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (12 x 6m – maximum depth 1.4m), gazebo furnished for open-air dining, barbecue and wood burning oven.
The villa also has free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. Parking onsite.
Distances: Tavarnelle di Cortona with food shops – 500m, Camucia with a wide variety of shops – 2km, Cortona - 3 km, Arezzo - 30 km. Pienza, Perugia and Siena are located in a range of 50 km. Lake Trasimeno has beaches with facilities and can be reached in roughly 15minutes.

Second floor: small living room with panoramic view, double bedroom with bathroom with shower, this room is used to access to an attic with twin beds and bathroom with shower – access to the attic is via a wooden spiral staircase.
