Heating costs from November to April are also covered. The property operates under the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This arrangement includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
