A charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom stone villa, sleeping up to four guests with elegant interiors, located in the heart of Cortona
“We rented this property for two weeks in late April and early May. The house is an amazing combination of historical Cortona architecture with contemporary interior design. We enjoyed lovely private side yard and garden daily. The house is located in the Poggio, one of oldest neighborhoods in Cortona. It faces a small park and is surrounded by the original convents. If you are interested in immersing yourself in the local culture, it is an ideal choice.
As others have stated, the walk into the dining and shopping areas of town is about 12-15 minutes, but is very steep. We are active and in our 70s, and managed the walk fine. The meandering narrow streets and open vistas to the valley below are stunning. The locals were very friendly. We loved it there.
The Easy Reserve team handled everything with ease and in a timely manner. Special thanks to Alen for his patience and making sure we had everything we needed.

“A dream house, in the heart of Tuscany. Beautiful, very spacious, fully equipped. A Thursday to dream about. But there was nothing to criticize. Seven of us stayed in this house for two weeks and we were all thrilled. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen. And as I said, even in the rain (we unfortunately had two days of rain), it was extremely comfortable and luxurious. We will return and would like to thank the very friendly owner and his extremely pleasant wife.”

“Very large and welcoming house. Perfect for children with lots of outdoor space and a super pool and breathtaking view. At the gates of Mercatale, a super small town but with all the necessary services. Very cute and with many kind and helpful people. Being located in the countryside (the house) gave us the opportunity to take many walks towards the town and runs in the fresh air. The only downside is that the road to get there is a bit bumpy and therefore there are a couple of kms of dirt road. Highly recommended!!!”

“Villa Pietrafitta is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to visit Castellina in Chianti. The villa is large, has many bedrooms, with large comfotable living areas and a wel equipped kitchen. All amenities weere provided for us. The Villa was sportless. It is ideally located near to the actual town of Castellina Chaini where one can purchase groceries at the Coop and there are good restaurants.”
