“My family and I absolutely loved staying here. After the business of Florence and Venice, Lucignano, but more specifically this villa, was the perfect place to take a break and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The host was incredibly helpful in many ways. He also arranged a winery tour for us which was minutes away and amazing. He guided us to butcher shops, grocery stores, helped us understand when things were open or closed, etc. The place itself was amazing. Our group was able to spread out and have space to ourselves but a wonderful big kitchen, pool, and hot tub to gather as a group. I would recommend this place every time!”

“The pictures show exactly what Le Pergole is. Andrea, the owner, couldn't help enough! Set off the main road on an unmade track in a residential area of minimal properties. Views & Pool amazing and not overlooked! Loads of room for a family of four/five. Villa was very clean and tidy with mosquito screens on nearly every window. Our opinion, both bathrooms were great and the outside space is perfectly situated with all day sun. Owner also has a small day gated building the other side of the pool from villa, so doesn't need to enter Le Pergole so you are completely private. Villa is wonderful and if you need to, you can walk into town (uphill) 980m away on a county route! Only downside for us due to weather. Felt the kitchen is a slight let-down against the rest of the property, size & kitchen supplies (Glasses, utensils, empty cupboard space). And, as this is in a residential area, you do get everyday noises (stimming, mowing, farm ploughing, etc). We had a lot of wet weather previous to our stay so this may not be the normal and was just a timing thing. Saying this, we will return to Le Pargole without hesitation and would completely recommend.”

“The scenery of this place is just amazing. The pool has a great view, there are sunbeds and chairs, and the hostess Paola is super friendly. We got a welcome drink, we could use their wood for the fireplace, and she helped with making a reservation at a restaurant. Only downside is that there are no restaurants nearby, so you always have to drive to a place. Paola can help with a cab (return San Gimignano for six people costs €100).”
