Villa Pietrafitta is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to visit Castellina in Chianti. The villa is large, has many bedrooms, with large comfotable living areas and a wel equipped kitchen. All amenities weere provided for us. The Villa was sportless. It is ideally located near to the actual town of Castellina Chaini where one can purchase groceries at the Coop and there are good restaurants.
We place This location in the top ten of our AirBnBs and highly receommend it to anyone. Our host Franchesco was awesome and attentive.

Great location with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Villa ideal for our group of 8 over 60s (7 night stay). Short walk to Cortona, last part uphill but quite manageable - Cortona is full of slopes anyway, and all well worth it.

Very nice place. Quiet area, fresh, stylish and clean place. Bonus with the large place outside even with a big grill for barbecuing. The family have to be some of the most friendly and helpful hosts in Italy. Can give the family and the place my warmest recommendations!

Het huis ligt in een prachtig Italiaans dorpje boven op een berg. In het dorp zit één café en één winkel. Het huis heeft een mooie woonkamer, keuken en een grote slaapkamer. De andere twee slaapkamers zijn wat klein. De tuin met zitjes en zwembad zijn fantastisch, alleen mist daar het prachtige uitzicht. Let op: het huis ligt ongeveer een half uur rijden van Bagni di Lucca. De route van en naar Bagni di Lucca is niet prettig voor mensen die wagenziek kunnen worden. De eigenaar hielp ons wel heel vriendelijk.
