The property is accessed via 3 kilometers of gravel road, which is in good condition but sometimes steep with small stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Extra services and activities must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings. Description
Conveniently located 790 m (2587 ft) from Mastiano, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca. Villa Mastiano is a lovely stone building with WiFi internet and shared pool. The villa / farmhouse / home has been designed with a total of three independent units. The property can sleep up to 16 people comfortably in eight bedrooms with seven bathrooms.
There is a group of four houses in the property , but only 3 of them are managed by us.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, sightseeing, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Description
Three welcoming apartments on a large farm that produces quality olive oil and wine. The apartments have been recently renovated and are comfortably furnished.
The property's location is ideal for relaxing in the Tuscan countryside, and at the same time it is also close to the most important historic cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and the characteristic towns of the Chianti.
Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.
