From the veranda, large French windows connect the outdoor dining area to the barbecue zone, creating a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces. The non-heated swimming pool, irregular in shape and measuring 98 square metres, is divided into 2 distinct areas: the first measuring 12 x 6 metres with a depth of 140 centimetres, and the second measuring 6 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 50 centimetres, making it suitable for children. The pool is equipped with chlorine purification, internal lighting, and Roman steps for easy water access.
