The villa has been recently renovated and provides fine interiors furnished with unique pieces, beautiful frescoed walls and comfort of any kind. Outside there is a large, well-groomed, 8000-square-meter garden with fruit trees (tangerine, orange, kiwi and pear trees), fountains and a spacious panoramic terrace with a nice gazebo which is ideal for al-fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy use of a private swimming-pool.
The property consists of a main house and a small apartment (located a few meters away) obtained from the restoration of an ancient mill (the wooden and iron mill machineries are perfectly preserved inside the house).
This small apartment is available upon request (to be requested at reservation).
This rental property is in easy reach of the coastline (approx. 5 km away) and of the seaside resorts of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi offering nice beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife.

The non-heated swimming pool, open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October, is rectangular in shape with a PVC TOUCH internal lining and measures 12 x 4 metres with a uniform depth of 1.50 metres. Access to the pool is facilitated by internal steps running along its short side. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the sun. The pool uses a salt-based purification system, offering a gentler and more natural swimming experience. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and colour of the garden grass may vary depending on the time of your arrival.

The park overlooks the sea, located approximately 200 metres away, and the villas within it are surrounded not only by their own exclusive gardens but also by the shared greenery of centuries-old pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Pets of small size are welcome at the property, subject to prior written authorisation from the owner. Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival. The acceptance of animals is not guaranteed without this prior approval. The swimming pool is open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
