The owners often live in another part of the house with independent entrance.

This farmhouse lies on the hills of Cortona, with a great views of the Val di Chiana area. Just a short distance away are the towns of Camucia and Cortona itself (a historical city with Etruscan origins).
The house looks out onto a fantastic panorama view and has a beautiful swimming pool which is reserved for the private use of guests. It is divided into two units – there is no internal connection between the units apart from an outdoor staircase, but the rental is only available to one set of guests at a time.

This villa was originally a medieval watchtower, now carefully restored to provide a fantastic holiday experience. The property occupies a privileged location, with panoramic views over the valley below, the Mount Cetona and the beautiful Castle of Fighine (dating back to the 11th Century).
The owners look personally after the clients, and run their farming estate (with fields, woods, olive trees and vineyards).
The property is composed by a main house and a pretty dependance, rented together as a whole to benefit from the private use of the swimming pool. The main house has 4 bedrooms while the dependance has 2 bedrooms.
