Een zeer goed, typisch Toscaans, vakantiehuis met ruime woonkeuken, kamer, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De inrichting is gezellig en compleet. We hebben ook genoten van de tuin, grasveld met veel bomen (heerlijke schaduwplekken. Bovendien ligt het centraal v.w.b. de Toscaanse kunststeden. Vlakbij Siena, en ca. 1 uurtje rijden van Florence, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Pienza enz enz. Total indruk dus : zeer goed. Een aanrader !!!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A very good, typical Tuscan, holiday home with spacious kitchen, room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The decor is cozy and complete. We also enjoyed the garden, lawn with many trees (wonderful shady spots). Moreover, it is centrally located for the Tuscan art cities. Close to Siena, and about 1 hour's drive from Florence, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Pienza etc. etc. very good. Recommended !!!
The villa is authentic and in a good place, good infrastructure. Some small improvements would make it perfect - wifi wasn’t working, sugar, salt or oil in the kitchen, a little bit of hospitality, advices from the owners would be big, big plus.
Alles war perfekt...Die Besitzer wohnen neben dem Haus aber sind mega nett und sehr diskret...Sie haben uns viel Obst,Gemüse gebracht und ein Barbequue für uns gerillt....Sehr italienisch freundlichen. ...Immer wieder gerne

This Villa did not disappoint. In fact, the pictures do not do it justice. The owners are fantastic and very accommodating! We were 2 families - 7 in all and the accommodations were great. There are several kitchens that are all equally well- equipped. We had several meals together on the grand véranda with the most spectacular views! We used it as our pied à terre and visited much of Tuscany. We would rent there again in a heartbeat!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Frati. The villa was perfect for 2 couples, actually good for 4 couples but we stayed in the bottom of the Villa which was cooler, closer to the pool and had the most amazing views. Valentina was very attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Love Tuscany. Mary and Tony
