Beautiful, especially the gardens which are completely private. Everything was fine. You approach the property through security gates at the bottom of the garden, where there's a driveway to a parking area. Didn't use the pool - too cold for us. Wife managed to lock us out and the host was happy to come let us back into the villa. Very peaceful & tranquil. Wish we had longer! A stunning tuscan paradise!
If coming from Pisa, when you take the left hand slip road after the final bridge just BEFORE marginone, take the next right, then the next right. You will see signs for Casa Fontanino.
Sehr schöne Anlage. Molto bello. Sehr nette, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten. Wir waren als Grosseltern mit der Tochter und 6köpfigen Familie dort. Pool super...... Grazie mille Stefano e a sua moglie.
Een prachtige plek met geweldig uitzicht! Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw.
Voor de weg naar het huis toe heb je wel een 4x4 voertuig nodig.
We kwamen echt tot rust op dit mooie plekje!
We had a brilliant time in La Capannella. The house and garden were absolutely lovely. There was lots of space in the house and the pool was really clean and cool. The hosts (who live next door) were so friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but we managed to communicate via Google translate! We are family of 4 and we would recommend it very highly indeed.
The apartment was wonderful. The view from the terrace of the valley was breath taking. The Paci family were very welcoming. The apartment was wonderfully furnished and supplied. It was a 5 minute walk up the path to Cortona. We certainly enjoyed our stay here. Looking forward to returning!
Parfait pour s'immerger dans la Toscane authentique et organiser des excursions sur les sites à ne pas manquer. Des hôtes aux petits soins, toujours présents mais jamais envahissants. Le respect de leur propriété et de ceux qu'elle accueille. Un grand merci
Sehr schön gelegen, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf Florenz, ruhig, sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Die Eohnungen sind sehr sauber und beinhalten alles, was man braucht. Der Pool liegt wunderschön! Immer gerne wieder!
