Un buon modo per cominciare a pianificare la propria vacanza consiste nel leggere i commenti e le recensioni di ospiti che hanno già soggiornato in una villa o appartamento in Toscana, Italia. Das Frontbild der Villa zeigt es deutlich: der Pool ist das Schönste an dem Anwesen. Aber schon der angrenzende Garten ist nur mässig gepflegt. Das Haus selber ist mit abgewohnten Sofas , alten Möbeln und grossen Mengen verstaubten Kunstblumen gefüllt. Es gibt keine Aircondition, die die Hitze aus den Schlafzimmern bannen könnte und sobald man Fenster öffnet überfallen einen Myriaden von Mücken. Platz ist genug, auch Toiletten und Duschen, allerdings hat eine wohl keinen Syphon, was zu intensivem Gulligeruch führt. Es gibt nur sehr billiges , bunt zusammen gewürfeltes Porzellan und Gläser für exakt 12 Personen- einen schönen Tisch kann man damit nicht decken. Aller Grundbedürfnisse von Spüli, Spülmaschinentabs, Zucker oder Seife muss als erstes eingekauft werden. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass der Wasserkocher defekt sei, wurde sofort reagiert und ein neuer angeschafft. Für Personen, denen Treppensteigen schwer fällt, ist das Haus gänzlich ungeeignet, da vom Parkplatz bis zu den Schlafräumen viele, teils sehr holprigen Stufen zu steigen sind.
Wunderbar ist der Blick vom Haus über das Arnotal und bestens die Zugverbindung nach Florenz. Das allein kann aber die anderen Mängel nicht ausgleichen oder den hohen Preis rechtfertigen.
Posizione spettacolare con vista aperta, ottima disposizione della villa con ampi spazi e sufficiente privacy.
Elementi da migliorare: uno dei ventilatori in dotazione era rotto e la struttura non dispone di aria condizionata, la location è però ben ventilata. Dato il costo piuttosto elevato della struttura ritengo che il consumo dell'acqua, elettricità e gas potrebbero essere inclusi e non chiesti a parte.
The house was incredible. We were 11 adults and 6 children and the domain and its rooms were so convenient that we all had our privacy. The pool is amazing, the wine they produce is good and the atmosphere of this house made our stay between friends really unforgettable.
Heerlijke vakantiewoning met geweldig zwembad !
Toegangsweg is steil en om deze op te rijden is een auto met wat power nodig.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental managed by Easy Reserve. Didn't start as I expected ????, as I had to call several times to the number mentioned in the instructions until I got in touch with Giovanni, the agent assigned to facilitate our access to the villa. Prior to that, I got two or three answers of "...madam, I cannot help you!" and right after rude interruption of the call. I would suggest the agency to update the phone numbers provided within the instructions. Giovanni, though, as soon as I managed to get in touch with him, gave me all the instructions we needed to get to the villa. So, the check-in process was not as smooth as expected at the beginning, but after all the hassle of getting in contact with Giovanni, he managed to organize it well, in the end. He was friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we felt right at home the moment we walked in.
What truly stood out to us was the agency's exceptional communication with the property owner, Giorgio. It was evident that they had a strong partnership, as Giorgio welcomed us, too. The owner's willingness to ensure our comfort was evident, he even brought us some fresh vegetables from his garden :).
What I want to address is to the agency, regarding the preparation of the villa for guests:
A villa like that, should provide other than seniority of the building and surroundings. Practical things like soap in the bathrooms, hairdryer, toilet paper and such are a must. As well as salt and pepper, sugar in the kitchen. And cleaning stuff used for dishware. It is true that the kitchen is equipped with dishwash, but it should be something available to wash rapidly a glass by hand.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and the professionalism displayed by Giovanny and his interaction with us truly set him apart. I would not hesitate to book through them again in the future and recommend their services to anyone seeking an enjoyable vacation rental experience."
Alles was gewoon perfect! Nog nooit zo'n ruime keukeninventaris gehad. Eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Iedere dag werd er gevraagd of alles okay was. Bij het zwembad (wat heel schoon was) werden we ook door haar verwend met o.a. ijs, koffie, zelfgemaakte koekjes, pruimen, tomaten, watermeloen enz. Bedden waren prima. Nog nooit zoveel kastruimte en aanwezige hangertjes gehad. Zelfs een strijkijzer en plank waren aanwezig. Er staat in de keukenkastjes ook nog een "gewoon" koffiezetapparaat voor wie de Italiaanse koffie te heftig is. Dit huis is echt een aanrader!!!!

Par contre le matériel est vieillot, il faudrait renouveller.
