The villa is a model of old fashioned Tuscan living although there are dishwasher, washing machine, extravagantly luxurious shower, microwave and wifi repeater hidden carefully to satisfy modern living cravings. The thick walls and small windows keep out the cold and baking sun very effectively. The view down the hill to the distant hills from both the patio table and even from the master bed through the small picture window are spectacular and transfixing as the weather changes.
