On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, nestled between Lake Trasimeno and the nature reserve of Lake Chiusi on one side and the Sienese territory of Montepulciano and Arezzo Cortona on the other, you will find yourself be immersed in a lush countryside where Villa Chiara is waiting for you to give you a holiday full of colors and scents exploring an area of rare beauty.
Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria, all easily accessible and in a short time.
The villa dates back to the end of '800 and, thanks to the renovation of the owners, has maintained the characteristics of old farmhouses of the period, in keeping with the rural architecture of the place, and with an eye to the environment due to the production of renewable and clean energy (PV).

Piscina

Inside the park you will enjoy the exclusive use of the swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1,60 metres open from 15th May to 30th September) with panoramic views, exposition to the sun all day and equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and shower.

The villa is completely made of local stone and is surrounded by a large park where olive trees and cypresses dominate the surrounding landscape.
The villa develops on 2 levels, both with fully independent entrances. The first floor is reserved for guests while the ground floor is reserved for the concierge who will be ready to meet your needs during your stay however guaranteeing you maximum privacy and discretion.

Villa Chiara ( 200 sqm) presents very spacious and comfortable interior characterized by décor of fine taste and craftsmanship with reminders of peasant art from '800 expertly mixed with the colors and materials of contemporary modernity. Each room has been designed to have a specific personality and characteristic, creating dynamic environments are harmonious with each other.
One reaches the first floor through a stone staircase that leads to a large living room with fireplace used as a dining room, and then the kitchen area fully equipped for the preparation of your favorite dishes. The sleeping area consists of three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with private bathroom with shower and satellite TV.
In the living area a double sofa bed is at your disposal.
Change of linen and weekly cleaning, heating, fully air conditioning and internet access are included in the rental price. All windows have mosquito netting.
