Bella e panoramica struttura con 3 appartamenti, situata a soli 3 km dalla bellissima cittadina di Cortona. La proprietà, le cui origini risalgono al XVII secolo, è composta da una villa principale (dove si trovano gli appartamenti Cegliolo 1 e 2) e da un cottage (Cegliolo 3). All’esterno gli ospiti possono disporre di una bella piscina con vista sul paesaggio circostante.
La posizione della casa è tranquilla e panoramica ed offre una bella vista sulla città di Cortona e sulla Valdichiana. L’arredamento è confortevole e ogni unità dispone di un ampio spazio esterno privato ed attrezzato.
I proprietari possiedono e gestiscono un’azienda agricola dove producono prodotti di ottima qualità come vino, vin santo, olio e miele.

A disposizione degli ospiti: ampio giardino molto curato con piscina (12 x 6 m - profondità minima 1,4 m - profondità massima 2,5 m - aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09). Ogni appartamento ha un proprio spazio esterno privato ed attrezzato e dispone di collegamento ad internet WI-FI (uso gratuito). Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.

«Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Absolut ruhig mit wunderschönem Panorama auf das mittelalterliche Cortona. Sehr nettem Vermieter, der persöhnlich vor Ort ist. Der sehr große Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Das Swimmingpool ist sehr sauber und ebenfalls bezaubernd. Das Haus hat sehr viel Atmosphäre und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen»

Fabulous holiday in Cortona. From start to finish Mauro and Argo the dog made our vacation special. The welcoming basket of local produce was a lovely touch. Cheeses, salami foccia and ciabatta bread and a bottle of wine was a great start to a holiday. The facilities are perfect, a great pool, good wi Fi and a lovely garden everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. Cortona is a beautiful town, the restaurants are great. Don't forget to visit Michelle at the craft ale bar. Thank you Mauro and Argo.

The resort has fully met our expectations. Warm welcome by the owner who was regularly present in case of questions. Very nice and quiet location. Ideal location for one-day trips and all accommodation nearby.

This villa was great! Very quiet and private. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. The owner, Mauro, was gracious and welcoming. Out of town by just a bit, so having a vehicle is necessary. Directions to villa worked well and are necessary to follow. Its like driving to your private estate!

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus, nur von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben umgeben. Perfekt wenn man die Ruhe sucht! Schöner sauberer Pool. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, schönes Bad. Nur bei Sat TV hatten wir keine deutschen Sender.
