Casa Edera è un appartamento al primo piano (55 mq), funzionale ed elegante dalle cui finestre si gode una splendida veduta sulla campagna senese.
Entrando nell'appartamento si accede direttamente alla cucina/soggiorno; questa zona dispone di un comodo divano, TV, un tavolo con quattro sedie, un angolo cottura in muratura dotato di stoviglie ed accessori, frigorifero, piccolo forno elettrico e macchina per caffè.
Spostandosi dalla zona giorno, troviamo la camera da letto matrimoniale, con l'aggiunta di un letto singolo, ed il bagno dotato di ampio box doccia, WC ed asciugacapelli.
Casa Edera è sullo stesso piano dell'appartamento Casa Girasole e quindi entrambi gli appartamenti possono essere affittati da una famiglia numerosa o da un gruppo di persone che desiderino stare vicine.

Excellent location to visit Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra and Florence plus local vineyards. Apartment is adequate, but before booking it was impossible to figure out which apartment has direct access to pool and private outdoor space. I have asked Easy reserve customer service, but they didn’t have that info and we ended up in Casa Edera that lacks both. That was little dissapointing. We still though had a short walk access to pool and beautiful gardens with panoramic views towards San Giminiano. Very friendly owners, but unfortunately I don’t speak much Italian, so communication was limited.
Castel San Giminiano is a lovely, quiet village, has a grocery store and nice restaurant, bit on a pricey side though. Giovanna offered cooking, but we did not try it.

We were very happy with our accomodation. It was easy to book and the owners of the apartment are very friendly. The place is near to many attractions and the village has all you need and like.

Beautiful surrounding and view of nearby San Gimignano. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was cozy and entire property well maintained. Large garden with several bbqs and seating areas available for the guests. Swimming pool as well to cool off in summer time. We loved our stay (couple with toddler)

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni molto belli: eravamo io, mio marito, la nostra magnifica Golden e la nostra piccolina nella pancia.
La casa è molto bella ed è situata in una zona con panorama magnifico; ideale per una famiglia come la nostra.
Posizione strategica per poter visitare i famosi luoghi che si trovano nelle vicinanze.

The house is very beautiful and it is located in an area with magnificent views, ideal for a family like ours.

A tranquil apartment in a quiet village with easy access to the attractions of the area. The pool and garden were immaculate, the ideal place to relax in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Edera in Castel San Gimignano. First of all, it was easy to find and the parking was easy and secure. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the grounds, which were very beautiful and well-maintained. The neighbours were also very helpful and patient with us when we tried to speak Italian. The apartment itself was large, and although somewhat dark, it was lovely and cool to return to after a warm day of sight-seeing. One minute from the door is a beautiful swimming pool and garden and also a lovely upper garden where we would sit to admire the view looking toward San Gimignano. It was a good location as Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Col di Val'Elsa and other towns were not far away and the driving was easy. It was also convenient to have a well-stocked grocery store one minute from our door. Our host is chef at a nearby restaurant where we had a wonderful and reasonably priced dinner. All in all it was a great holiday and hopefully we will have the opportunity to return.
