Bellissima casa indipendente con piscina privata situata nel centro di Donnini, piccolo paese a soli 29 chilometri da Firenze. La casa è arredata in modo confortevole con grande cura e gusto ed è decorata con belle pareti affrescate. All’esterno si trova una bella terrazza attrezzata con gazebo, tavoli, sedie e una bella piscina in posizione molto panoramica ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Pur essendo situata nel centro del paese la casa garantisce ai proprio ospiti molta privacy.
Distanze: Donnini (centro del paese con negozi di prima necessità)a soli 50 metri, Tosi (banca, farmacia) a 4 km, Sant’ Ellero con stazione ferroviaria e collegamenti quotidiani per Firenze a 3,5 km, Firenze (aeroporto) a 29 km, Arezzo a 54 km, San Gimignano a 85 km, Siena a 100 km, Lucca a 120 km, Pisa (aeroporto) a 120 km.

Piano inferiore (con accesso sull’esterno): camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con vasca e doccia, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia.
Accessibile solo dall’esterno: monolocale composto da camera matrimoniale aperta su zona giorno con angolo cottura (forno, freezer) e zona pranzo, bagno con doccia.
Aria condizionata presente in tutte le camere e nel soggiorno.

The house is very lovely and charming and the view from the terrace is breath taking. Everything around the house was clean and so was the pool. All the people around in the neighbourhood are very friendly. Everything went very smooth. The people managing the house and grounds were very discrete. All in all a lovely week.

Wunderschöne Lage mitten im Ort, trotzdem ruhig, da Terrasse und Pool Blick in die Toskana haben. Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, war bei unserer Ankunft sauber, riesige Terrasse, relativ kleiner Pool, sehr erfrischend, trotz warmer Temperaturen. Klimaanlage kostet extra, was bei dem teuren Wochenpreis inklusive sein sollte. Endreinigung mit 150 Euro steht in keinem Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser und etwas Brot vorhanden, das haben wir in der Toscana bei einem anderen Anbieter ganz anders erlebt. Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Wein, Schinken, Käse sowie frischen Obst und Gemüse, Brot sowie einer nicht angebrochenen Flasche Olivenöl und Balsamicoessig. Eine sehr nette Geste von unserem Schlüsselübergeber und Ansprechpartner, dass er uns zur Begrüßung in seiner Weinstube einen Prosecco ausgegeben hat und bei der Abreise eine schöne Flasche Rotwein.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Casa Vania is delightful, set in a beautiful location, and very well equipped and comfortable. The views are stunning and the terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy the end of the day or retreat to the shade during the heat of the day. The two negatives I would highlight - internet access is virtually non existent, and mosquitoes are a problem for some reason. Insect repellent is a must.

Very nice quality house, small kitchen, wish the pool was heated, poor internet. But the view from the terrace was beautiful, located in a small and quiet little village. Not too far from Florence.

Huis was in orde. Prachtig zicht vanop het terras. Ligging: ideale ligging in het centrum van Donnini: bakker, kleine supermarkt, slager en krantenwinkel op wandelafstand. Nadeel: zwembad ligt aan de noord kant en daardoor is het water nogal koud. We hebben hiervan niet kunnen genieten.

Location: Ideally located in the center of Donnini: bakery, small supermarket, butcher and newsagent within walking distance.
