Ca' di Maestro è composta da 5 appartamenti ricavati dalla accurata ristrutturazione di un antico casolare in pietra, sarà il luogo ideale le vostre vacanze, in pieno relax, in un ambiente ricco di fascino e di antiche tradizioni contadine. Ogni appartamento, rispetta fedelmente le originarie caratteristiche costruttive; i mobili e tutti gli oggetti che arredano la casa sono stati scelti con cura dai proprietari e sono tra loro perfettamente coordinati. Vi riporteranno in un tempo passato, quando i ritmi della vita scorrevano più lenti e meno frenetici.
Con pochi minuti di auto sarete in grado di raggiungere la bellissima Cortona, maschia impronta di medioevo, ricca di memorie etrusche e di opere d'arte di inestimabile valore ed incomparabile bellezza, qui potrete trascorrere le vostre giornate estive a passeggio o a cena sulla “Rugapiana”. A pochi km trovate anche il Lago Trasimeno, il più vasto dell'Italia peninsulare con le sue belle spiagge, le sue isole e i tanti piccoli centri storici collinari magicamente incastonati in un ambiente naturale ancora integro ed incontaminato che costituisce il Parco Naturale del Trasimeno.
A Cortona o Camucia trovate servizi di ogni genere, negozi, ristoranti e supermercati per il vostro shopping quotidiano, ma per le prime necessità, a Montanare, a pochi passi dalla struttura, un ristorante.
Nel grande spazio verde di fronte alla casa, ombreggiato dalla presenza di rigogliosi ed argentati olivi secolari, avrete a disposizione il barbecue ed i mobili da giardino, spazi ottimizzati per le vostre cene all’aria aperta, oltre alla bella piscina delle dimensioni di mt. 6x12 (profondità 1 m - 2,50 m - aperta dal 17 Maggio al 27 Settembre) che sarà il sicuro rifugio vostro, e dei vostri bambini, durante la calura dell’estate.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt auf dem sehr gepflegten Anwesen mit tollem Pool. Ein wunderbar ruhiger Garten in dem jedes Appartment seinen eigenen privaten Bereich hatte.
Der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Trotz der ruhigen Lage war das idyllische Cortona mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The landlord was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful, and was always available to answer any questions. Despite the quiet location, the idyllic town of Cortona was a 10-minute drive away.

Mooi verbouwde boerderij met 5 appartementen. Fraaie en ruime tuin en groot zwembad, BBQ en tafeltennistafel. In de tuin staat ook apart een huisje waar je je was kan doen. Je moet tuin en zwembad delen met maximaal 19 gasten. In de omgeving is veel te zien

Diese Anlage ist eine grüne Oase, die von den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern liebevoll gepflegt wird. Der ideale Ort zum Ausspannen und als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der südlichen Toscana und des nahen Umbrien.
Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in alten landschaftstypischen Gebäuden. So bot unsere Ferienwohnung in der sommerlichen Wärme eine angenehme Kühle. In den Räumen ist noch viel der ursprünglichen Bauweise erhalten geblieben.
Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

This property is a green oasis lovingly tended by the friendly and attentive hosts. The ideal place to relax and as a starting point for exploring southern Tuscany and nearby Umbria.
The holiday units are located in old buildings typical of the landscape. Thus, our holiday flat offered a pleasant coolness in the summer heat. Much of the original construction has been preserved in the rooms.

The outdoor area and the pool look beautiful and maintained, and the owner is super friendly, beautiful plants, vegetable garden, table tennis table, etc.
The cottage itself was a bit disappointing for us, it is very dark and the lighting was not quite optimal (there were several lamps broken, including the light from the hood), insect screens were broken or missing and they are really necessary, there are very lots of mosquitoes.
Certainly a plus that it is on the ground floor with a beautiful private garden, a disadvantage is that there is a lot of trouble from the upper floor, especially the sliding of chairs makes a lot of noise. (felt pads under the chair legs might be an idea)

A very pleasant stay at Il Mappamondo ! The flat is large and well-furnished, and the rest of the property is full of trees and plants and flowers, away for the main road, so very silent, and the big swimming-pool is a pleasure. Moreover, the owner is a very agreeable person. I do recommend staying at this place which is very convenient to visit the Southern Tuscany / Northern Umbria area.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Pierro and Louisa are perfect hosts (thank you for the fresh plums from the garden!). Amazing swimming pool and BBQ area. 15 minutes from Cortona. Very much looking forward to returning.

Unsere Familie, die aus sechs Personen besteht, war sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus. Die Kinder sind fast jeden Tag im großen Pool gewesen und waren sehr begeistert vom mit sehr viel Mühe und Liebe gestalteten Garten. Sie konnten nicht nur schwimmen, sondern auch Schildkröten und Hühner streicheln sowie in der Hängematte liegen oder schaukeln.
Ausserdem war unser Gastgeber stets freundlich und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Gerne hätten wir uns mit ihm unterhalten wollen, aber leider können wir kein Italienisch, dennoch waren unsere Begegnungen stets angenehm.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
