A completely independent country residence, ideal for a single family offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, featuring a private round swimming-pool (size 6 mt diameter, depth 1.2 mt) and a nice veranda (14 sqm).
Built from natural materials such as stone and timber, the house is perfectly in keeping with the magnificent majesty of the Chianti woods and the character of the Tuscan people.

The large green space around the house is perfect for sunbathing in complete tranquility, and for letting the children play in safety, being fully fenced. There are many possibilities for taking long and panoramic walks on shady paths in the area.
There are 3,8 km of white road to reach the villa.

Excellent for family as well as a group of friends. Fantastic location, easy acces to Tuscany's icons, like Florence or Siena. Very nice, fully equiped house, grat garden, fantastic swimmingpool.

Very Nice accomodaties and very helpful owner. Everything is perfectly maintained and in good order. Big garden for the kids and enough place with shadow, because it can be very warm in summer. The house itself is not big but fair enough for a coupe with two kids.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables a la Puzzola. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et pour les enfants qui se sont amusés comme des fous dans le grand jardin et la piscine. Nos hôtes étaient vraiment très attentionnés et gentils. Un grand moment de bonheur!!!

Very lovely cottage in a quiet village, with great view over the Tuscan valley towards Montevarchi. Big wel maintained garden with olive yard, playfield and pool. We could pick lots of fruits and vegetables from the garden: figs, grapes, tomatos, strawberrys. Very warm welcome by the owner.
The house is on the side of the village, with lots of privacy. To get to it, you'll have to drive offroad for about 15 minutes, a bendy and steep road.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
Wonderful house with a great view. located ery quiet and undisturbed. The road leading up to the house can be a bit challenging especially in a low sportscar. Very nice and helpful owners

The location is fantasic, up a winding dirt road but certainly drivable in a 2 wheel drive culminating with a fantastic view over the valley. The cottage is cosey but probably a little small for two couples which is what we had. The owners are thoroughly lovely & very welcoming. We accidently left some gifts in the rubbish, which the owners kindly retrieved from the bin (once we realised in Rome)and posted them back to us. A really relaxed place to chill out for a week.

This is a very relaxing, beatiful place.The photos didn't do it juctice.
The garden is huge and very well maintained.
The owners take great pride in this villa and it shows.
In my opinion it is the right size for a couple but no more.
Be prepared for the journey to the top of the mounatin to get to the villa but if isolation, quiet and gorgeous views are what you are after yo have come to the right place.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
La puzzola is a small villa but it has everything required, and it is in superb grounds with a wonderful aspect. It is a perfect place for a relaxed, tranquil holiday. The villa is in a remote location at the top of a hill, and the drive up on the hairpin gravel track is exciting or terrifying, depending on your point of view, but it is the remoteness of the location that gives it its special charm. Patrizio and Tiberio are excellent hosts who were very kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed all the personal touches, including the vegetables in the garden and the home made wine. Thank you Patrizia and Tiberio.

The villa is quite remote and very, very quiet. So if one is looking for a complete break from urban / city life, La Puzzola is a great place!

Perefect location in the Tuscan hills . Very peaceful and suitable for Kids. Perfect for family with kids. There is a large garden with football pitch including goals. Swimming pool that is safe. If you are looking for a secluded villa where you wake to the sound of the birds and the sun comming though the bedroom villa. La Puzzola is perfect. The photos of the villa (inside and out) clearly show what to expect. The directions on the web site are perfect. We reached there no problem from Pisa. The kitchen and dining area are really very clean. There is an abundance of cuttlery and delf.
