Access to the water is provided via elegant Roman steps, while the surrounding border and sunbathing terrace are finished in refined travertine marble. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and a gazebo, as well as a hot and cold-water shower for your comfort. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Continuing through the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area on this floor, which comprises 3 double bedrooms, each with a divisible bed configuration, and each served by its own private bathroom. Of these 3 bathrooms, 1 features a whirlpool tub, 1 is fitted with a shower, and 1 includes a bathtub. A laundry room is also accessible from the outside on this level. The external staircase leads up to the first floor, where an open-plan living and dining area is arranged alongside a kitchenette and 2 further bedrooms. The first of these is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the second is a double bedroom with a divisible bed, served by a bathroom with shower. The annex, a single-storey structure converted from an original barn, offers a self-contained living area with a kitchenette and 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Please note that the fireplace present in the property is ornamental.
