Maremma is in Southern Tuscany, partially nature reserve with amazing fauna and flora.
Gianella is located at the bottom of a strip of land at Orbetello, it seems an island but it's not.. On one side you have the open sea with sandy beachs and shallow waters, ideal for family holidays, on the other side lies the lagoon and nature reserve.
The whole strip is about 7km long.
Some Camings, residences and hotels are on this coastline. In a small complex of hotel and apartment homes on the ground floor is our apartment Mare located. It is only a few meters from the beach. In the residence there is restaurant, bar, front parking and a bathhouse.
Gianella has a beautiful sandy beach, the sea and the resort offer many sports - such as surfing, snorkeling, sailing or take a boat ride out (different rental providers on place).

The sandy beach is 7km long, the bay suitable on the other side as well, welcome for water sports. To recommend a sailing trip to Monte Argentario with its steep rocky shores and romantic coves.
The house is located in a residential complex directly on the beach, fenced, fully independent, with direct access to the free beach. You can not just stay on the beach until the night is coming , you can then sit on there and admire the stars in the sky and in the water with a glass wine. This entirely fenced-in property is only 1,5 km from the sea and it is surrounded by beautiful woods and fields. The property owners have a beach resort in Talamone and allow their guests the free use of sun-beds, sun-umbrellas and deck-chairs (this service is to be requested in advance).

Nice hamlet comprising a main villa and 4 apartments situated on the hills near Marsiliana, a small town in the region of Maremma, approx. 14 km away from the Tuscan coastline. These 4 units are part of a large, 3000-hectare farming estate producing excellent wines and olive oil. A large garden with shared pool is available 50 meters from the apartments away. All of the 4 units are welcoming, furnished in a rustic style.
Marsilia 1, 2 and 3 are in the hamlet adjoining the main villa and approx. 150 meters from the pool away while Marsilia 4 is 500 meters from the hamlet and 300 meters away from the pool.
The Uccellina Natural Preserve and the Tuscan coastline (Talamone, Albinia, Porto Ercole, Capalbio ecc…) are in easy reach.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

Ancient watch tower dating back to the year 500 which has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and has been turned into a charming holiday house. This unique property is in the heart of the Maremma Natural Preserve in peacefully and isolated location, on a large 200-hectare estate bordering with the see-side. This house is the only watch tower of the natural preserve where it is possible to live in.
The last floor of the house offers amazing panoramic views extending from the Tuscan islands and Corsica in the distance (visible on clear days) to the beautiful hills of Maremma region.
The interiors are welcoming, furnished in a simple and rustic style. The house is set on 3 floors connected by a stone staircase. The outside offers large natural areas with Mediterranean bushes where you can meet deers and wild-boars.
